The Enrollment Process

We begin enrollment for the next school year in October (for example, enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year begins in October 2023. Enrollment is done on a rolling basis, and most spaces are filled by January. The enrollment process follows the below steps:

  1. Reach out to us via email (info@kidsbythesea.com) or by filling out the enrollment form below. Someone from KBTS will reach out to you within a couple of days.

  2. At this point, we will set up a tour of one or both of our schools. Tours are typically scheduled at 9:30 or 10:30 most mornings. You may choose to either bring your child with you or come on your own. Some parents like to see their child in the space while others find it hard to focus when they have to split their attention. We are fine either way. 

  3. Spaces are filled first by our current families, next by siblings, then alumni families, and then we open the remaining spaces to the community. 

  4. After your tour, if KBTS feels like a good fit for your family, we will fill spaces on a first-come, first-serve basis. To reserve your space for the following school year, there is an Admissions Agreement to complete in addition to a $1000 non-refundable tuition deposit + $300 materials fee. The completed Agreement plus the deposits secure your space for the following school year.
